Manual harvest in boxes, sorting of the grapes in the vineyard, vatting for 2 to 3 weeks, pressing and gravity-filling. Aged in 400 liter demi-muids. Bottled at the property without additives.
White winemaking
Sorting of the grapes in the vineyard, slow pressing, settling of the must, fermentation and ageing in 228-litre tanks. Bottled at the property without additives.
